The musician and producer Mira Quebec, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary artist Diogo Mendes, have been forging a path of experimentation and deviation from the norm, constantly imposing a new premise with each creation.
In 2021, this collaboration resulted in two experimental videos created by the artist Pedro Bastos. The following year, accompanied by multi-instrumentalist Dada Garbeck, they filled the Igreja dos Capuchos for an experience of symbiosis between the Iberian organ, electronics, and light design. In 2023, they presented the augmented reality installation Deux Ex Homo Ex Machina, where they explored the limits of divine existence.
In early 2024, they premiered a new creation at the Triciclo – Never believe in someone that likes silence – proposing an immersive audiovisual heterotopic experience. Like an auditory memory or the reflection in a mirror, this work managed to create immaterial and untouchable spaces, yet always stemming from another very concrete existence.
Currently, they are preparing a new album, accompanied by a tour, set to be released in the last quarter of 2024.
