ARTE invited WHY Portugal to Zamora, in the end of 2023, to a ground-breaking exchange on the potential of cross-border Iberian collaborations between Portugal and Spain. WHY Portugal now returns the invitation, so that ARTE comes to Guimarães to present a new Iberian collaboration project to bring together the Portuguese and Spanish music industries.
