Catarina Munhá can't help but write songs, and she believes that music can change the world for the better. As a singer-songwriter, she expresses herself through music and Portuguese lyrics, that go hand in hand in a kind of indie-pop intervention. She released her debut album, “Animal de Domesticação”, in 2019, which includes humorous and restless songs, accompanied by the tropical sound of her ukulele, an unusual violin and occasional melancholic keys. She returned in 2022 with a new single, “Cópia Pirata”, and promises to continue to write songs that make us question who we are and who we want to become.
