This panel has the primary objective of “opening the door” to the discussion on the status and the future of the kids music and family sub-sector within the Festival context. Up until recently, Festival promoters were not proactive towards these audience groups, although that reality has started to change on a global level. An actual and present theme, the panel will be a moment for sharing and discussing the recent past, the present and the future of this sub-sector. The panel will address the needs, as well as the form through which the involved parties can increase the offer, the quality and the diversity all the while maximising returns for all involved. The panel features national and international speakers so that a wider vision is achieved: the goal is to ponder the challenges and issues facing implementation, organising them around the intentionality of programming.
